Fine Dining at Bolebroke Mill

We are delighted to announce that this autumn we will begin hosting a series of intimate gourmet evenings at Bolebroke Mill. Our aim is to bring together lovers of good food in an environment far removed from the formality of restaurant dining. Sumptuous dishes will be prepared for you by MasterChef winner Peter Bayless using the finest of produce sourced, wherever possible, from within the Ashdown Forest area. This will be an opportunity not only to sit at the ‘chef’s table’, but also to watch as dishes are cooked for you. Pick up valuable tips and techniques and enjoy a superb range of dishes. You’ll even be provided with the recipes so you can try them for yourself at home for family and friends.
